We, the team Çiğdem Gül, Dr. phil. Sathya Alessandra Bernhard and Metin Türk, are proud to introduce you to Ana Lee Evans from Bulgaria. We look forward to working with Ana and will publish a lot of her videos from now on.

Ana Lee Evans is a Bulgarian dance/ theatre artist. She is an accomplished visual artist, filmmaker, writer, and choreographer / performer. She is a graduate of the Bulgarian National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts, with degrees in both Theatre and Dance. Her work has been produced throughout Bulgaria and Spain, and her dance entitled “Bolero” was awarded best choreography in the 2012 Bulgarian National Choreography completion. Ana has worked extensively with the inmates of the Bulgarian Womens´s Prison, where she directed and produced Garcia Lorca´s play, “La casa de Bernarda Alba”, and “Viva la Vida”, an original Flamenco dance performance.
Ana Lee Evans is the author of “Flamenco in Jail”, a novel about her experience as a choreographer in Bulgarian Womens´s Prison in Sliven Bulgaria, Lexicon Publishing Bulgaria, June 2018.
